Meet Our Founder
Kierstin Ross Gillian
I have been cleaning and organizing since I could walk. I was raised to always clean up after myself, do my dishes and make my bed each day. This guided me to develop excellent daily routines, keeping all of my spaces tidy and organized.
As a graduate of East Stroudsburg University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Communications, I always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. The idea of having control of my time, and money, is something I strived for. I knew at some point in my life I would reach my goal.
In 2020, when Covid-19 shut down our world, I began scrubbing and organizing our 3-bedroom condo every day. I found joy in everything from making how-to videos on organizing on a budget, to cleaning my bathroom tile! Let’s face it, we were all bored and looking for something to do inside our four walls, so why not clean! That year, I started cleaning for others as well. From the elderly, to hard working moms, to cleaning summer houses on a Saturday, we did it all!
As of June 2021, after being in the corporate world for 10 years, I left to become my own boss and created Neatly. The passion I have for helping others spread like wildfire! It was time to be there for my clients year-round.
Thanks to my clients, my dreams came true faster than I ever expected. Our clients are like family to us. We don’t just come in and scrub your floors. We get to know you. Your family. Your pets. We take our expertise to another level of trust. Your home is safe in our hands.
